tawl Berlin – A Feast for the Senses

The tawl Berlin showroom is a hidden gem not just for connoisseurs, one you’d rather keep to yourself. Located not far from Kurfürstendamm, Wiebke Lehmann opened a showroom at Giesebrechtstraße 10, where everything revolves around the theme of hospitality. A cabinet of curiosities for finest hospitality!

To this end, she transformed the rooms of a grand 1911 Charlottenburg apartment on the raised ground floor into an elegant and unconventional business, where one can receive professional advice, browse undisturbed, and discover beautiful objects.

While graf’s Kontor, located in the front rooms (dubbed the flower chamber and living room), presents flowers and accessories from brands like Kristina Dam, Salviati, Helle Mardahl, and Kosta Boda with a stylish touch, Wiebke Lehmann’s tawl focuses on high-quality tableware.

Wiebke Lehmann, a master ceramist with a former studio in London and co-founder of Hering Berlin, celebrates the art of dining here in her showroom, affectionately named the ‘dining room.’ It is unique in its kind in Germany, offering a selection found nowhere else.

In the custom-designed and tailor-made plate library, selected tableware from manufacturers such as JLCoquet from Limoges, Reichenbach, and the Meissen Porcelain Manufactory, as well as pieces from smaller workshops like Studio Mattes or Sarah Linda, can be found. On the table and shelves, bowls, cups, and glasses made of porcelain, ceramic, and glass invite you to touch them.
